Day: 1

Arrive Glasgow

Welcome to Glasgow!! Disarmingly blending sophistication and earthiness, Scotland's biggest city has evolved over the last couple of decades to become one of Britain's most intriguing metropolises. After Immigration clearance and baggage collection proceed to the arrival hall where you will meet the chauffeur holding placard of your name. Transfer to the hotel and relax. In the evening, explore the city centre on your own. With a large variety of traditional pubs and trendy clubs, Glasgow nightlife has something for everyone. The Griffin Bar is one of Glasgow’s oldest pubs which offers a full range of drinks and typical pub food. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Glasgow - Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour

Today explore Glasgow, one of the liveliest and most cosmopolitan destinations in Europe with this hop-on hop-off ticket aboard an open-top double-decker bus. See all the main sights as you hop on and off at more than 20 conveniently located stops around the city. With great views from the top of the bus and strategically placed stops this truly is the best way to see the sights of Glasgow. Its even more exciting to know that all the major museums and galleries in Glasgow are free to visit. With free gardens, parks, historic buildings and events too, the city is bursting with things to do that won't leave you short of change. Glasgow is miles better - don't take our word for it, find out for yourself. The most vibrant and exciting of Scottish cities boasts excellent museums and art galleries as well as beautiful parkland. Day: 3

Glasgow - Edinburgh (By Train/Approx 1 hour)

After a delicious breakfast, check out and transfer to Glasgow train station (on your own). Board a train to Edinburgh and enjoy the scenic journey. On reaching Edinburgh, make your way to the hotel. Thanks to Edinburgh’s spectacular rocks, rustic buildings and a huge collection of medieval and classic architecture, including numerous stone decorations, it is often considered one of the most lively cities in Europe. In the evening, explore the old town on your own. You’ll find attractions, restaurants and nightlife galore. The Grassmarket area is especially popular with visitors to the city and you’ll find pubs serving traditional Scottish ales and whiskies. The winding Victoria Street that joins the Grassmarket to George IV Bridge is well worth a visit. The majority of clubs will stay open until 3AM and you’ll find a wide range of musical tastes catered for from rock to drum and bass to jazz to electro and beyond. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day: 4

Edinburgh Castle Tour

After breakfast leave for Edinburgh Castle Tour. Let yourself be fascinated by the legends and stories of war, sieges and prisons that hide behind the castle’s walls. You will learn how life began to grow around the volcano and how quickly the first fort appeared, how the wood of the fort turned to stone and then became a refuge for kings. You will be able to acquire knowledge on the city’s other most prominent buildings as well as the oldest one to date. Visit the National War Museum, where military fans will enjoy learning about the history of the guns and the military stories. Return to the hotel and relax. In the evening, you can visit the New town on your own. Check out the Scottish monument and see the sunset from Carlton hill. Then make your way to Rose Street which is a narrow, pedestrianized street and it is a popular location for groups of youngsters. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Edinburgh- Excursions to Highland Lochs, Glens and Whiskey Trail

This morning, head for Highland Lochs, Glens and Whiskey Trail. You travel over the forth road bridge past Perth to Dunkeld and the Hermitage, for a forest walk amongst spectacular waterfalls and some of the tallest trees in the country. Then journey north to travel to see the Queen's view on Loch Tummel. Your afternoon continues with a visit to Dewar's Whiskey Distillery, before travelling the length of majestic Loch Tay, beneath the dramatic Ben Lawers to Killin enjoying its impressive waterfalls. This area is abundant with ancient history. After an exciting day, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
