Excursion to Mountain Railway & Artist Village

The Kangra Valley Railway to Dharamsala traverses extremely difficult mountain terrain, spanning ravines, crossing 993 bridges, and winding its way through two tunnels and 484 curves. It is one of two mountain railways in Himachal Pradesh, the other being the Kalka-Shimla Railway, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We boarded the train in Kangra for the short ride to Paprola. Andreta – a nearby artist's village – is the home of legendary artist Sobha Singh, who is well-known for her portraits of Sikh gurus. Both of these are currently run at a 2 ft 6 in (762 mm) narrow gauge, but they are not connected. Paragliding in Dharamshala

Wake up, freshen up, fill yourself up with energy because today you will be flying through the sky just like a bird. Get dressed and set out for the paragliding session at Bir. Dharamshala paragliding excursions are typically held in Bir, a small town surrounded on all sides by vast mountains. This site is ideal for launching and landing gliders due to its rugged topography. As a result, it has become one of the country's adventure sport hubs. Watch the sky change colors in shades of orange and yellow as you take off with your wings or paragliding equipment. Take off from Bir with the wind in your hair and feel as free as a bird once you're in the air for a few minutes. Land at Chougan, an open ground in Billing at an elevation of 4650 meters above sea level, overlooks the lush green landscapes. Feel the world come to a freeze as you come down from the adrenaline rush that surged through you.

Exploring the local village & Sherabling Monastery

Wake up early, have your breakfast and then check out from the hotel to explore the local villages, its art, culture and the famous Sherabling Monastery amidst picturesque mountains and the blue sky. The Monastery is magnificent, and the surrounding areas are lush with greenery. The road from Bir to the monastery winds through beautiful forests and lookout points. In the midst of nature's scenic beauty, the beautiful architecture adorned with colorful prayer flags appears very enchanting. The paragliders from the monastery could also be seen fading in the air. It's enchanting to visit the monastery and just sit here for a while. You can even go for a long walk if you have the time. We recommend visiting in the afternoon because there are over a hundred monks chanting and praying in the monastery, making you feel at peace and one with your soul. These chants and mantras have previously won a Grammy award for their distinctive composition and melody. The tour is followed by a
