The word “Old Manali” refers to the older part of town. Travelers can wander the streets and feel the presence of a past era when Manali was a quiet pilgrimage town before the rush of backpackers. Because of the woods and apple orchards that surround the village, Old Manali has some of the most breathtaking attractions in the area. The Manaslu River bridge, which links Old Manali to New Manali town, is an iconic picture in and of itself. While you’re here, go to a café hopping at some of Manali’s most popular locations, like Café 1947, Born Free, Evergreen, and Sunlight, go shopping for dream catchers, hippie clothes, shrugs, and woolens or you can ditch all this and go for trekking.
