Delete Account
1. Send an email to customercare@travelxp.com** from the email address registered with your Travelxp account.
2. Use the subject line "Request to Delete My Account."
3. In the email body, please include:
Your full name
The registered email address and mobile number associated with your Travelxp account.
That's it! Once our customer support team receives your email, they will verify your information and send you a confirmation email. After confirmation, your account will be deleted.
Important Note:
Due to legal and regulatory requirements, some of your transactional and booking data may be retained for a certain period before deletion. However, you won't have access to this information and it won't be used for marketing purposes.
