Subscriptions purchased via Apple or Amazon IAP can only be cancelled through their respective portals. If purchased via the Web, Android Mobile/TV, etc., you can contact us for cancellation, but no refunds will be provided.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops auto-renewal only.
Upgrading/downgrading is supported only for Apple and Amazon IAP subscriptions. This feature isn’t available via our website.

We send your subscription details via email and message, and they’re visible in My Bookings on your profile. We do not support GST invoices for subscription purchases.
