    Start your journey to Sankri from Dehradun Airport today early in the morning. Travel on the beautifully winding roads cutting through the majestic Shivalik mountains.     Sankri to Pauni Garaat

    Wake up to a beautiful morning and start your 14 kilometres trek from Sankri to Pauni Garaat after having your breakfast. Make sure you pack snacks and water before you start the trek. Seek blessings at the unique temple of Duryodhan of Mahabharat in Osla village situated at an altitude of 2650mtr, on the way. While trekking the lush-green step farming sights and Himalayan hamlets views will enchant you. If you are lucky, you may get a glimpse of the rich wildlife of Himalaya like, the barking deer, Bharal, Blue Sheep, Bear and Leopard too. Stay overnight at Taluka campsite, pitch your tents and sleep under the stars. You can also try your hand at long exposure Astro-photography and be amazed by the captured results.

    Pauni Garaat to Kakattiyadhaar

    Open your eyes to the clear blue skies and snow-capped mountains around you. Get ready to go on a moderate level trek from Osla to Kakattiyadhaar to Har Ki Doon top. Feel blessed amidst the dotted floral beauty of sunflowers and orchids and other flowers, painting the farms like mosaic, when viewed from above. On the way, marvel at the majestic Hata snow-capped peak and marvelous trails leading to Kakattiyadhaar ridge brimming with beautiful meadows gradually ascending and opening up to Har Ki Doon peak. After trekking for about 6 hours, reach the Kakattiyadhaar campsite and relish on delicious lunch. Take time to enjoy the magical vistas of pristine trek in the Himalayas.

    Kakattiyadhaar to Har Ki Doon and Back to Kakattiyadhaar

    You must further explore this valley after a sumptuous breakfast. Feast your eyes on the dense green forests and please your mind with the sound of small stream flowing by the camp side. Amidst the towering peaks of Har Ki Doon and Swargaroni take this challenging trek to Jaundhar Glacier is totally worth it. It is around 4 Kilometers and takes around 3 Hrs to reach. Lying ahead of Har Ki Doon valley, trek on a steep terrain to the majestic Jaundhar Glacier which is breathtakingly striking, at a whopping height of 4300 meters. Be stunned this miracle of nature. Post a hearty lunch, chill in the air of the frozen glacier or lay down on the fresh green grass in the ultimate serenity. After spending few hours at the Juandhar Glacier trek back to Kakattiyadhaar camp for an overnight stay.

The road blocks, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, labour unrest, insolvency are too part of such situations. Transportation emergencies like, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters
ATM Points: Joshimath is last point for the ATM. However due to hill areas Rishikesh is better option for withdrawing money.
Mobile Connectivity: Joshimath is last place if you want to make phone calls. During the trek it is hard to get mobile network.
